Teknovus’ chips and software are focused on access network applications for the FTTx market, supporting EPON (Ethernet Passive Optical Networking) at 1Gpbs, 2.5Gbps, and 10Gbps speeds. Teknovus’ products are deployed globally by more than 35 service providers and carriers for residential broadband, voice, and IPTV services, enterprise services such as voice, TDM, and Internet connectivity, and for 2.5G, 3G, and 4G cellular backhaul transport networks. All services coexist on Teknovus-based EPON networks without interference or disruption due to advanced traffic management and shapers, QoS, and dynamic bandwidth allocation.

Teknovus-based EPON networks support 1Gbps, 2.5Gbps, and 10Gbps downstream speeds simultaneously, enabling rollout of new services without network disruption. All chips and software are standards-based, enabling fast time to market of interoperable central-office/head-end systems and subscriber Customer Premises Equipment (CPE).
